Returns and Refunds
At St. Andrews Parish Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To begin a return, please contact our customer service at
admin@st-andrewsparishp.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return. - Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions, including the return address.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is received.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
